This is a public financial aid program, in order to <strong>implement digital solutions in businesses<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>These grants are financed with <strong>&#8220;Next Generation EU&#8221; funds<\/strong> and have a <strong>generous but limited budget<\/strong>. They will be prioritized and awarded on a first-come <strong>,<\/strong> <strong>first-served<\/strong> basis. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">WHAT DO I GET WITH THE DIGITAL KIT<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The beneficiaries will receive such assistance in the form of a &#8220;redeemable voucher&#8221; with a maximum amount established according to the following:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Segment I<\/strong>: Small companies with 10 to 49 employees &#8211; <strong>12,000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Segment II<\/strong>: Micro-companies with 3 to 9 employees &#8211; <strong>6,000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Segment III<\/strong>: Micro-companies with 1 to 3 employees and self-employed <strong>2,000\u20ac.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If you have a <strong>more traditional business<\/strong> and you think this is not for you, you are missing <strong>an <\/strong> <strong>opportunity<\/strong> to improve aspects of it. Ask for more information on how you can <strong>boost your business<\/strong> through the more than one hundred services available, for <strong>all levels<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>On November 20, the deadline for the third and last call was opened, and with it all self-employed and small companies with less than 3 workers could apply.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration-line: underline;\">WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO FOLLOW<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol type=\"1\"><\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>To apply for the Digital Kit for SMEs and freelancers&nbsp;<strong>it is necessary to previously perform a test-diagnosis <\/strong>to detect the <strong>level of<\/strong> <strong>digital<\/strong> <strong>maturity<\/strong> from the page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acelerapyme.gob.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.acelerapyme.gob.es\/<\/a>. To do this you will have to register first. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>The <strong>report<\/strong> obtained must be <strong>attached to the application<\/strong> submitted through the website <a href=\"https:\/\/red.es\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/red.es\/es.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\" type=\"1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol start=\"3\" type=\"1\"><\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\" type=\"1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol start=\"3\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Once the Administration has <strong>checked<\/strong> that the <strong>requirements <\/strong>for accessing the digital voucher have been met, the self-employed\/company is notified <strong>of the resolution<\/strong>. Once this process is completed, the Digitizing Agent issues the <strong>invoice<\/strong> and delivers it to the client (self-employed\/company). <strong>Several aspects become relevant here<\/strong>: <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>The voucher only covers the expense<\/strong>, so the <strong>VAT<\/strong> will have to be <strong>paid <\/strong>to the supplier and subsequently <strong>deducted<\/strong> in the VAT self-assessment. So, as a general rule, VAT is not an expense. It is only a cash flow.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>At no time is money received so that it can later be paid to the Digitizing Agent, but<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-accent ); font-weight: 600;\">the voucher is redeemed<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-accent );\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The chosen service may have a <strong>price higher<\/strong> than the amount assigned in the <strong>Digital Voucher<\/strong>. When the quotation is presented to you by the Digitalizing Agent, you will have to decide whether to accept it. In this case <strong>the difference has to be assumed by the client<\/strong> (self-employed\/company).  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Example: a service worth \u20ac3,000 is chosen and only one voucher worth \u20ac2,000 has been granted. The \u20ac2,000 voucher is redeemed and the remaining \u20ac1,000 is paid by the self-employed person\/company. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Finally, it should be noted that, being an aid, it is subject to possible revisions (inspections).
