Who are we?

Asesoría y Consultoría Fénix was born out of a personal and professional transformation. After years of working in the area of Financefirst in SMEs and then in a MultinationalI felt the need to undertake mmy own path And so this project was born at the end of 2018. A project that has grown with me and that represents much more than a traditional consultancy.

When I saw how the overpayment of taxes, the complexity of the regulations and the lack of fiscal vision limited the growth of projects with enormous potential, Iunderstood that my job should not only be to “file taxes”, but to help people and companies make intelligent decisions that would allow them to grow, protect their wealth and live with peace of mind.

Today in Asesoría y Consultoría Fénix we work with a vision “without borders” because in a world where people and capital move freely, taxation cannot be understood only in a national key, but also in its international dimension. Our approach unites Spanish and international regulations so that each client can make sound decisions wherever their assets are located.

My training and specialization

My name is Carmen Vizireanu, I am an Economist, Tax Advisor specialized in Wealth Strategy and International Taxation, and Founder of Asesoría y Consultoría Fénix. For more than 20 years I have accompanied dozens of companies and individuals in building, protecting and expanding their wealth.
