If you do not receive the help you were expecting, or answers and solutions to your case, the Consultancy will not have to be paid.

No. In the case of both Self-Employed and SMEs, it is not mandatory but it is advisable. As it happens with other services, the Accounting and the presentation of the Fiscal Declarations are delegated to an Advisor/Manager. In terms of documents, what is needed is: the Dni ( front and back), a bank account in which you are a holder as a self-employed to domicile the Social Security fee and future payments to the Treasury, and the Digital Certificate. This last one is not mandatory, but highly recommended. On the other hand, be clear about your business, the place where you will work and the mutual insurance company you want to join.
