A consultancy, both for tax issues as well as for the registration of self-employed and companies has a cost of 69 € and a duration of 60 minutes. You will be able to clarify all the doubts you have and to make the best use of this time, it is advisable to advance all possible information about your case.
If you do not receive the help you were expecting, or answers and solutions to your case, the Consultancy will not have to be paid.
There are many myths and urban legends with this subject, all derived from the interpretations of the law. The most ideal time would be when you have a continuous activity and start invoicing for your services/products. I advise you to prepare a financial plan to make sure that your income will be constant (we can help you with this part).
No. In the case of both Self-Employed and SMEs, it is not mandatory but it is advisable. As it happens with other services, the Accounting and the presentation of the Fiscal Declarations are delegated to an Advisor/Manager. Although most of them do it because of the complexity of these services and due to the fact that the Tax Legislation is updated every year, the time spent for it must also be taken into account. It implies a cost, but you gain time and peace of mind, both of which are of great value.

A great benefit that you will have is that you do not need to travel, it saves a lot of time and the documentation is stored permanently. You only have to upload it from any device (mobile, computer, tablet) to our website in electronic format, in the customer section. That is, as a pdf file or photo. You will receive the user keys once you contract our services.
For services contracted on a continuous basis (accounting and tax filing), payment will be made monthly by Transfer/Bizum, or if it is more convenient and you prefer not to be aware of this issue, we can send you a receipt(direct debit).
Occasional services can be contracted and paid for from the Store.
No. Both in the case of freelancers and in the case of SMEs, we formalize a contract for the provision of services to comply with the legal requirements, but it does not imply permanence.
In terms of documents, what is needed is: the Dni ( front and back), a bank account in which you are a holder as a self-employed to domicile the Social Security fee and future payments to the Treasury, and the Digital Certificate. This last one is not mandatory, but highly recommended. On the other hand, be clear about your business, the place where you will work and the mutual insurance company you want to join.
